This Refund Policy applies to online training services provided by Class Training, operated by NEXBUY LLC, a New Jersey, United States company.

Refund Eligibility

Students may request a full refund up to 7 calendar days before the scheduled course start date.

Refund requests made less than 7 calendar days before the scheduled course start date may not be eligible for a refund.

After Course Start

No refunds are issued after a course has started, including cases of non-attendance, missed sessions, or partial participation.

Course Cancellation by Class Training

If Class Training cancels a course, students may choose either a full refund or transfer their enrollment to a future course session.

Course Rescheduling

If Class Training reschedules a course, students will be notified by email. Students may choose to attend the rescheduled session or request a refund if the new schedule is not suitable.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and the customer’s bank.
